Services

Voicepath provides its clients with high quality transcription services.  We don't transcribe from tapes, only digitally recorded files. If you do not use digital dictation, we would be very happy to discuss the different options available for upgrading from analogue. Alternatively, we can refer you to one of our digital dictation partners.

You can use the service however you want to, whether it's on an ad-hoc basis to cover holidays, sickness or absenteeism or on a long-term strategic basis. Used strategically, the service enables you to improve fee earner to secretary ratios, restructure your existing teams, reduce costs & ultimately improve profitability.

Voicepath offers 2 main services:

• Immediate Start - dictation is immediately allocated to one of our typists and returned to you (subject to length of dictation) within 2 hours. The majority of documents are returned within 1 hour
• 24 Hour Start - transcribed documents are returned within 24 hours of receipt of dictation. A lower cost option when immediacy isn't as important

The 2 services are interchangeable so each time you dictate you can choose which turnaround time you require.
