Voicepath, the UK’s leading provider of onshore outsourced legal transcriptions for the legal sector, has appointed David Blower as its new sales manager.
Coming to Voicepath with more than 20 years experience in the IT sales sector, David, has a blue chip track record, counting both Hewlett Packard and Samsung as his previous employers.
His expertise in helping clients realise the benefits of using services facilitated by new technology, and in developing business through partnerships with technology suppliers will see him make a key contribution to Voicepath’s activities, as it moves towards introducing yet more law firms to its transcription service.
David has joined the existing salesforce to drive forward the uptake, implementation and roll out of the service to law firms. He will also be working alongside its “Voicepath Inside” partners to offer the service as an additional benefit to a firm’s digital dictation system (DDS). His main objective will be to integrate the company’s outsourced transcription with the digital dictation solutions which their partners provide to growing numbers of UK legal practices.
David comments: “I am delighted to join the company at such an exciting time. As the only UK-based transcription provider with a system capable of integrating with several digital dictation platforms, it is in a unique position to grow its share of the legal market.”
Yet it was not only the prospect of selling Voicepath’s product that attracted David to the company. He adds: “The clincher was getting the opportunity to work with a focused group of people committed to understanding their market and going out to meet its needs.”
Voicepath general manager, Richard Bate, concludes: “We warmly welcome David to the company and look forward to him making a real difference to the success of the business.”
