Voicepath announces a collaboration with WinScribe to make Voicepath's services and solutions available through WinScribe's Value Added Resellers in the UK and abroad

Following WinScribe's recent announcement regarding the availability of the WinScribe Exporter, Voicepath is pleased to announce that the integration between it and Voicepath's solution is now complete and available for sale through WinScribe's team of resellers in the UK.

WinScribe is widely regarded as the market leader in the provision of digital dictation solutions with numerous installations throughout the professional services market, Voicepath's main market for its outsourced transcription services.

For the first time fee earners will be able to choose, either at the point of dictation or later, to send work to Voicepath for transcription from a WinScribe system.
This will build on the investment already made in digital dictation by any practice and add a further layer of support to all fee earners, in addition to their in-house secretarial support services.

Once digital dictation has been installed outsourcing of transcription is the next step and Voicepath recommends that it should even be part of a firm's plans when initially considering digital dictation.

Outsourcing transcription helps to reduce costs, increase revenue, improve client care and staff morale.

It helps to do this by:

1. Moving transcription to less expensive areas
2. Making more room for more fee earners
3. Reducing doucment turnaround times so that they are with clients sooner, helping fee earners feel better about the service they provide
